Accommodation Rates
Book your luxury lodge accommodation with us at Cape Kidnappers, Hawke's Bay, New Zealand.

Your room tariff includes: pre-dinner drinks with hors d'oeuvres, a la carte dinner, full breakfast, complimentary mini-bar, including domestic beers (excludes liquor and wine) and use of all lodge facilities (excluding golf and spa treatments).

Suite rates are quoted per person per night and exclude Govt. Goods & Services Tax (GST). GST is calculated at 12.5% up until 30th September 2010 and will increase to 15% from the 1st October 2010 onwards.

Please Note:

  • All rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars and exclude the Government Goods & Services Tax.
  • The rate is quoted on a per person, per night basis (with the exception of the Owners Cottage which is quoted per night).
  • A holiday season surcharge of NZD $200.00 per person per night applies to guests staying 23rd December 2010 - 5 January 2011.
  • A two night minimum stay applies to high season 15 December 2010 - 31st March 2011.
  • Gentlemen are required to wear a jacket to dinner and we ask that you respect the non smoking policy within the Lodge and guest rooms.
  • Rates subject to change and will be confirmed at time of reservation.
    Group Bookings (5 rooms or more)
    Reservations of 4 + rooms are considered a group and booking conditions apply:
    • To confirm a group booking a deposit of 35% on accommodation is required.

Children and Families:

  • Cape Kidnappers welcomes family’s travelling with children
  • Infants & Children under the age of 5 are free of charge when occupying adults room using exisitng bedding. Cribs are available complimentary for children up to the age of 2. Additional Beds can be arranged for Ridge or Lodge Suites only and a charge will apply.
  • Interconnecting rooms are available and can be booked in conjunction with a Hilltop Suite
  • Private dining arrangements will be made for families dining with children under the age of 12 after 7:00pm.

Group Bookings:

  • Group Bookings are taken at the sole discretion of the property and special conditions may apply

90 - 31 days Transaction Fee (NZ$250)
30 - 14 days 50% charge for the room nights cancelled
Less than 14 days Full charge for the room nights cancelled

Cancellation Policy for 3 Rooms or less during the Festive Season, applies 23 December - 5 January

90 - 60 days 50% charge for the room nights cancelled
Less than 60 days Full charge for the room nights cancelled

90 - 61 days 25% charge for the room nights cancelled
60 - 31 days 50% charge for the room nights cancelled
30 - 14 days 75% charge for the room nights cancelled
Less than 14 days 100% charge for the room nights cancelled

We encourage all valued guests to take travel insurance in the event that circumstances outside of their control cause cancellation of their booking and thus incur a cancellation fee.
